Proud of helping and giving back to our community 

We give back to our community through two (2) key iniatives:​

1) We provide free 'Consulting Property Management' work voluntarily without payment (Pro Bono).  Due to high demands, we select one case only to dedicate each month. For example, some Condominium Corporations require a second opinion (arm's length and non-bias) for major repairs.  While other Condominium Corporations might require an action plan or options to resolve a dispute involving contractors, legal related matters, board of directors, insurance related matters, owners, tenants, parking, particular unique situation...etc. Our most recent voluntary consulting work was providing many best practices and cost-saving options to handle the parking garage repair costing $7,000,000 for about 100 unit holders at 869 Wilson Avenue, North York, ON M3K 0A4 or Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2579, which was air on CP24 New on October 04, 2024. https://www.cp24.com/local/2024/10/04/north-york-condo-owners-shocked-they-could-have-to-pay-special-assessment-of-70k/

2) We on-behalf of any Condominium Corporations would recognize one person every two months who has done outstanding work, and gone above and beyond for his/her Condominium Corporation community. This person can be a Board Member, Owner, Tenant, Employee of Corporation, and contractors. This recognize person will receive $150 gift card of his or her choice. This is a new initiative that we started recently. Please send your story via email. Due to high demands, one (1) person will be recognize monthly. Due diligence will be done to confirm the story and more information might be requested from our end to confirm the story.
